Rick Morgan's 1971 Chevelle Convertible.

This Malibu Convertible started out as a nice daily driver that was bought at a classic car auction. It is being built with a custom fabricated interior including a top of the line sound system, with DVD, monitors throughout and navigation. A custom tonneau cover is being designed for that custom coupe look and a Carson Top is in the works. All exterior components have been shaved or filled, including bumper bolts. An air ride suspension has been mounted to custom frame work. Custom engine and trans mounts have been designed and installed . The firewall has been smoothed out and a Hilbourne injected 502 Big Block and 4L80E trans has been dropped in with a Ford 9" differential getting the power to the road. The "Urban Legend" will be one of the best designs Platinum has put out.
